RESERVATIONS

PAVILION RENTAL FEE:

MONDAY - THURSDAY $20.00 PER DAY

                 

FRIDAY - SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS $50.00 PER DAY

The applicant shall pay the non-refundable fee at the time of reservation unless otherwise discussed with the Metroparks Office. The fee is for the original rental order, including the area specified below only. The fee will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled at any time unless otherwise agreed upon by the Metroparks office. If no fee was taken, and the reservation is canceled within 5 days before the scheduled “time and date out”, the applicant will not be charged a cancellation/restocking fee or the original fee for the rental order.  We accept money orders and personal/company checks. Note: A fee will be charged for any returned check, regardless of the reason.

Special Event Park Usage Fee:

$20.00 PER DAY IN-COUNTY RESIDENT OR COMPANY

$30.00 PER DAY OUT-OF-COUNTY RESIDENT OR COMPANY

Note: Fees are waived for Schools, County Departments, Government Agencies, and not-for-profit businesses with a State Certificate.

Small pavilions (one on the north side of the river/one on the south side) seat  30-40.  No electricity.

The large pavilion (Ellsworth) located on the south side of the river/park seats 60-80 people.  Has electricity.  All pavilions have picnic tables and grills.

Pavilion reservations at the Lampson Staging Area on the Western Reserve Greenway Trail can be made by contacting the Ashtabula Metroparks office at (440) 576-0717 or email: info@ashtabulametroparks.com.

Lampson Staging Area Pavilion has a bike trail, primitive restrooms, and no electric or water.

Pavilion reservations at Camp Peet or to request an application for Camping or supervised Youth Group Camping at Camp Peet, contact the Ashtabula Metroparks office at (440) 576-0717 or email: info@ashtabulametroparks.com.

Camp Peet has primitive restrooms, no electricity, or water.  Hiking, birding, and fishing.

No motorized vehicles.

Large pavilion located near the entrance of the park, seats 48 and has picnic tables.

Upper Grand River Metropark has hiking, birding, fishing, boating, basketball, portable restroom,

no electric or water.
