Red Brook Metropark
ABOUT
Red Brook Metropark, once the Harbor Country Club and golf course in Saybrook Township, is now one of Ashtabula County Metroparks’ newest preserves. The 162-acre property features three miles of paved and mowed trails, including a one-mile ADA-accessible loop that has quickly become a favorite walking and running route. The park protects two miles of Red Brook and offers forests, meadows, and floodplains just steps away from Lake Erie.
Red Brook Metropark has grown steadily since its opening, with recent additions including a pavilion, a meditation labyrinth, and a new Metroparks office. Renovations are also planned for the former pro shop to expand visitor facilities in the future. The park continues to be a haven for fishing, birding, neighborhood picnics, hiking, and photography. In winter, it transforms into a destination for sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snow biking.

FRIDAY-SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS $50.00 PER DAY
The applicant shall pay the non-refundable fee at the time of reservation unless otherwise discussed with the Metroparks Office. The fee is for the original rental order, including the area specified below only. The fee will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled at any time unless otherwise agreed upon by the Metroparks office. If no fee was taken, and the reservation is canceled within 5 days before the scheduled “time and date out”, the applicant will not be charged a cancellation/restocking fee or the original fee for the rental order. We accept money orders and personal/company checks. Note: A fee will be charged for any returned check, regardless of the reason.
