ABOUT
Eyring Wetlands Metropark is a 52-acre preserve dedicated to protecting wetland habitats and providing opportunities for quiet recreation. Originally established as a mitigation site and donated to Ashtabula County Metroparks, the property is permanently safeguarded by a conservation easement to ensure the long-term health of its ecosystems.
The preserve features primitive foot trails, a small pond, and diverse wetland flora that support abundant bird and wildlife activity. Visitors can enjoy bird watching, nature photography, wildlife observation, and peaceful walks through this natural setting. With its emphasis on conservation, Eyring Wetlands also holds potential for environmental education and interpretive opportunities.
