Battles Road Metroparks
Status: Closed PRESERVATION ONLY

ABOUT
Battles Road Metropark is an undeveloped 5-acre preserve featuring a stocked pond surrounded by meadow and woodland. Set aside primarily for conservation, the site provides opportunities for youth fishing, birding, photography, wildlife observation, and outdoor education. A rough foot trail leads to the pond, though the area remains natural and minimally improved.
Future plans for the site may include a picnic area, small pavilion, fire ring, fish cleaning station, and parking area. For now, Battles Road offers a quiet retreat where visitors can enjoy simple connections with nature in a peaceful setting.
