Monday November 11, 2019 Noon
Metroparks will supply everything you need for the project, no fee. Start saving all of your pine cones, pine boughs, dried corncobs, and any other natural elements that you may want to include in your projects to add a personal touch, and bring them with you to the workshop.
Shari Bailey M.Ed., Student Naturalist, Kristy Belaney, Naturalist, and other Metroparks volunteers will demonstrate and assist participants in making outdoor edible ornaments to feed our winter wildlife when food sources become scarce. This program was a favorite with homeschoolers and attendees of ALL ages last year!
Open to all ages, wheelchair accessible, bring along your bottled water and a sack lunch or snack. Seniors especially invited to attend! Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Registration required in order to set up meeting space appropriately. Register via email at email@example.com
Hope you can join us and share your own crafty ideas!
Great for home schoolers.
